Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at cprworksofcharlotte.com and describes what CPR Works of Charlotte, Inc. does with information you send through it. It does not cover information you give us in person, by telephone, or during a class.

What we collect

This site only collects what you type into our forms:

  • On-Site Training Request: your name, company, email, phone, the class type you need, and your message.
  • Education Program Inquiry: your name, organization, job title, email, phone, city and state, type of organization, the education or training you need, the approximate number of learners, when you would like to begin, and your message.
  • Contact form: your name, email, subject, and message.

Each submission also records the IP address it came from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the forms. Please do not put medical or payment information in a form.

What we do with it

  • We read it and reply to you about your request.
  • It is emailed to our office.
  • It is stored in the website's own database and in the enquiry dashboard run by our website provider, so that no request is lost if an email is missed.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

Class registration

Class registration and payment happen on our Enrollware page, which is a separate service. Information you enter there is covered by Enrollware's policies, not this page.

Cookies and measurement

This site runs no advertising or social-media tracking pixels. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and records information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Some pages show a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies.

Who else is involved

  • Idea Forge Studios LLC builds and hosts this website and operates the enquiry dashboard.
  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) delivers the email that carries your request to our office.
  • Google LLC provides Google Analytics and Google Maps.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the website and protects it from abuse. Like any network provider, it handles your IP address and browser details to serve the pages. It also measures how fast pages load, without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as they are useful as a record of a customer or a class. If you would like yours deleted, email us and tell us which one, and we will remove it from the website database and the enquiry dashboard.

Children

The forms on this site are for adults arranging training. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
