Training Options
- Classroom: Instructor-led, hands-on training.
- Blended Learning: Online learning plus an in-person skills session where available.
What You'll Learn
- BLS Skills Integration: Reinforcement of high-quality compressions, ventilation, and AED use as the foundation of ACLS.
- Airway Management: Basic and advanced airway techniques, including supraglottic airways and endotracheal intubation awareness.
- Rhythm Recognition: VF, pulseless VT, asystole, PEA, bradycardia, tachycardia, and peri-arrest rhythms.

Who Needs ACLS
ACLS is required for emergency department staff, ICU and critical care nurses, code team members, paramedics, anesthesia providers, cath lab staff, and many physicians. It is typically required alongside a current BLS card. If your employer has asked for ACLS, they usually mean the full provider course, but renewal courses are shorter and valid as long as your current card has not expired.
Class Formats
- ACLS Provider (Initial): Full 2-day or condensed 1-day instructor-led class for first-time students.
- ACLS Renewal: Shorter renewal class for current card-holders.
- Blended Learning: Complete the AHA online cognitive portion at your own pace, then come in for the hands-on skills session and testing.
- Group Onsite: We can deliver ACLS at your facility for clinical teams of six or more.
