Start With the Right Foundation

Becoming an instructor is more than learning how to run a class. We want instructors who understand the material, can coach skills well and know how to create a professional learning experience.

Instructor Path

  1. Meet current AHA instructor-candidate prerequisites.
  2. Complete the required AHA instructor coursework.
  3. Attend the instructor training course.
  4. Complete required monitoring and Training Center requirements.
